The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force in May, 2018. This law regulates how we use personal information such as your name, adress or e-mail. By agreeing to letting us save information about you, we will be able to send you regular updates about NordGen’s activities.
You are always entitled to receive information concerning which of your data we save. You can also file for a correction of your data, request a transfer or limitation of our use of the data. At all times you have the right to ask us to delete the information we hold about you.
If you have opted in for a news update from NordGen, the easiest way to delete the information we have about you is by clicking the text in the bottom of the e-mail which says “unsubscribe”. You can also contact our Data Protection Office, Kjell-Åke Lundblad at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should you have complaints about our processing of your personal data, you are entitled to file a complaint to The Swedish Data Protection Authority (DPA).
